1. What Ease Fares is

Ease Fares provides fare information only. We do not book rides, sell tickets, process payments or act for any transport operator.

2. Fare accuracy and labels

Every fare is labelled with where it comes from:

• Official tariff — calculated from a government fare notification we have recorded, with its source and effective date.
• Traveller-reported — based on fares other travellers submitted and we approved.
• AI estimate — not verified — an approximate figure generated by AI, not checked against an official tariff or live operator price. It shows when it was generated and may be reused for up to 6 hours.
• Fare unavailable — we have no reliable information.

No fare shown is live or guaranteed. Actual fares can differ because of local rules, traffic, time, demand, availability and the operator. Always confirm the fare with the driver or operator before travelling.

3. Accounts

Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.

4. Fare submissions

Submit only genuine fares you paid. We may review, edit, reject or remove any submission. By submitting, you allow us to display the fare and use it, without your name, in fare information.

5. Fair use

Do not scrape the site, run automated searches, try to get around usage limits, interfere with the service or submit false information. Searches are limited per visitor and site-wide to keep the service available; when a limit is reached you will see a message asking you to try later.

6. Map, place and route data

Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Map style by OpenFreeMap. Place search by Geoapify. Road routes by OpenRouteService. Road distance and time are estimates and do not include live traffic.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on fare, route or place information. [TO CONFIRM: wording for legal review]
